Meet Brian S.

Associate
A native Texan, Brian was born in Longview in 1976. He grew up outside of Philadelphia and was introduced to real estate at an early age. His grandparents and great-grandparents were all real estate investors, and his father owned a portion of the First Monday Trade Days in Canton. As a boy, Brian spent his summers in Texas with his father preparing the grounds for this famous landmark. His first "real" job was at age 14 working at a produce stand for a man who also happened to be a real estate investor and who, at times, would have Brian help him work on his properties. With this background, you can say that real estate was in his DNA from the start.

While most Members of NAR chose real estate as a part-time job or second career, Brian's path was clear, and at age 22, he earned his real estate license and began selling real estate with RE/MAX. In 1998, when he began, the presence of real estate on the internet was in its infancy, the MLS was still using books and social media was not even a thing. Under the training of one of the top NAR members in the state, Brian's knowledge and experience began to grow.

Being far younger than his professional peers, he understood the challenge his clients faced by putting their greatest financial transaction in such a young man's hands. He didn't shy away from this; in fact, he was confident that his friendly disposition, energetic work ethic, and attention to detail would convince the public that he was the right choice to handle their real estate needs.

Recognizing the fact that his clients would look to him as a trusted source in his field, Brian dedicated himself to becoming an expert in various aspects of real estate. Investing time and money he pursued more education, while most of his peers pursued more business. Wanting to give his clients that extra edge, he earned the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation achieved by only 3% of NAR members. Also earning the prestigious Certified Relocation Specialist (CRP) designation achieved by less than 1% of NAR members. Over the years he earned numerous additional designations and certifications, putting himself in an elite class of NAR members one of the few globally with this broad spectrum of knowledge and education. In addition to being a great local source for corporate relocations and professionals, Brian is referred by NAR members throughout the country. To this day, he continues to pursue more education, never being satisfied with his current standings.

In today's highly competitive real estate industry, Brian believes that hiring a NAR member is something one should take seriously, and choosing the wrong one could be costly in time and money. This belief is the key to understanding his level of service and commitment to his clients. His unparalleled knack for giving personal attention and caring deeply for each of his clients has been the hallmark of his business. Knowing the right people to bring in as a part of his inner circle and creating a precise process, combined with his abilities, experience, and attention to detail, is what he refers to as "Real Estate Refined." His former broker had this to say about Brian: "You are a great example of what all NAR members should strive to do and become. You not only work hard but care about your clients and listen to what their needs are."

Brian has earned considerable success with nearly 20 years as a real estate professional and has gained the respect of his peers and hundreds of satisfied clients. He continually receives awards for sales volume and was awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame honor. Brian's main focus continues to be new and re-sale residential real estate in the areas of luxury housing, corporate relocation, first-time and move-up buyers, and investors. He works with sellers and buyers alike in Collin and surrounding counties. He feels blessed to be able to do what he loves and be a part of people's lives, helping with something as personal as their home.

Since surrendering his life to Christ as a boy, he continues to embrace humility as a key component in his life. Brian lives in Collin County, where he and his wife enjoy being active in their church and serving others with any opportunities within their church and serving others with any opportunities within their community. He also enjoys weight training, basketball, tennis and biking.
