This organization serves the top-producing agents since 1977. It is awarded to experienced agents who complete advanced training in listing and selling. These men/women may have more real estate experience and more training than the average real estate agent, but a CRS REALTOR® does not cost any more. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is only awarded to licensed real estate professionals who complete specialized training that gives them the edge in understanding a buyer’s perspective and protecting / promoting their buyer-clients’ interests. They demonstrate proven experience in representing buyers, and are committed to maintaining their professional edge by staying current on the latest issues and trends in buyer representation.
GRI designees have made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services to their clients. This curriculum incorporates a common body of knowledge for progressive real estate professionals. A REALTOR® who possesses the GRI designation has not only completed a course of study required by the program, but also subscribes to the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).
Seniors Real Estate Specialists are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+. They have demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. They can help make wise decisions, manage the capital gains, and tax implications of owning real estate. They have received special training and updates, so they are prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) developed the e-PRO certification program to teach members how to effectively use real estate technology to grow their business and better service clients. e-PRO is a revolutionary new training program presented entirely online to certify real estate agents and brokers as Internet Professionals. If your agent has earned the e-PRO certification, it gives them professional distinction, and shows that he/she is willing to go the extra mile to provide the most up-to-date and sophisticated service, and truly be a successful agent by applying advanced technologies and social media strategies.

The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation, now recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®, is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
A Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) has a thorough understanding of complex issues in today’s turbulent real estate industry and knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. CDPEs can provide solutions, specifically short sales, for homeowners facing market hardships.
Holding this certification puts you in a league all your own. Understating the ins and outs of working with builders in order to represent your new home construction buyers is key in a growing market. In representing a builder you have the skills and knowledge necessary to help them achieve their sales goals so they can do what they do best which is build the home.
